No, Hanged is on the list.  I was simply waiting for him to make a character.  Though it does say to post it in ooc before the characters tab.

Also, Karasoth, your sheet is not accepted yet. It still has flaws that need to be buffed out.

Mainly the color of his pill and the other power you want to contribute. I will accept the full on plasma power, but the sub power is a no.
