Because of that, the AI is kind and motherly towards the citizens and the crew members. The AI can give updates of the ship, keeps up to date of the citizens' population, and many other things that AIs do. Escort Ships HSR2 - Neloth Class Escort Cruiser - Captain Marcus Alison Ship Details/History An anomaly to the Royal Navy Fleet, due to being the only class to be able to house non-military people. The ship can house up to 100,000 human and non-human citizens alike. The ship replaced it's heavy weapon systems from the point defenses, suited to be able to take out enemy strikecraft swarms, frigates, destroyers, and missiles. And the light armor got replace by heavily armored, which decreased the ship's speed. The ship has a council, where the group of ten meet to talk about the peoples' needs, the state of the ship, and many other issues talked about in the meetings. The group is mostly made up of humans; but, only two non-humans are allow in the council. It's a democratically-elected council, where the heads are voted into the spot in the council. The captain is always the second head of the council until he dies and gets replace by another one. Most of their laws and customs revolve around this goal. It is illegal for couples to have more than one child, so that the ship can maintain zero population growth (if the population begins to shrink, this rule is temporarily lifted, and incentives may be provided to encourage multiple births). Families are thus very small and close-knit. Because the people depend on his or her crewmates to survive, they are much more community-minded. Loyalty, trust, and cooperation are highly prized qualities.
