#1: No characters that are so powerful they could destroy the world in one go. Everyone has some sort of weakness, right? 
#2: If you add yourself then you must start off as a normal person (i.e. no powers until you learn them.)  
#3: NO, I repeat NO, creating anything that ruins anyone else's fun. (Unless you're Sephie because, then she couldn't use her characters)  
#4: No vulgar language, please. If it's really necessary, then you could just come up with your own (Ex: "MUFFIN FLUFFER!")
#5: Characters should be made using the CS Skeleton posted up (It helps other players get a better idea of your character)
