This man right here was a former fugitive and is none other than Jellal Fernandes the leader of Crime Sorciere. After the great battle with Zeref and Acnologia. The guild today is known as dark guild hunters of justice, they bring down dark guilds and reinforce laws. Jellal is now the 1st Chairman and ascended to the rank of the first Ishgalian Saint.
