There are already two shapeshifters and a demon who can disguise himself with magic. Don't know if our GM will want to add another.

You described his shapeshifting in your weaknesses.
But, what is a kitsunebi?
How fast is he? Can he dodge bullets? Can he out run a car?
I listed what Madcap may have in her bag or on her person. What exactly does your character's Bag of Tricks contain?

His shapeshifting cant actualy discuise him, it just alows him to shift for,

Kitsunebi is a small fire or lightning thing, its not all that much and even less because he's a halfbreed

He's not that fast, just a bit faster then a human. If he had warning he might be able to dodge a bullet, but thairs no way he could take the consentrated power needed to outrun a car/

The Bag of Tricks is a magical bag that contains an infinate amount of things. He can pull them out and use them, but they can sometimes be useless and fairly random. They all have to do with pranks, tricks, or cool effects.
