Devon grinned at the message, happy to see that at least someone liked it. "Nah, not really. It doesn't normally hurt unless I try too hard. I'm not very old yet, and my side of the family's a little different from the rest of it, so it's taking me some time to ease into it. I'll be able to control my shifting way better when I'm older, though! This isn't even my final form!" 

Still excited, the teen clenched both hands in a sign of child-like anticipation. There were so many things to look forward to! Just not for another few years, mostly. Maybe several, actually...
