Putting down my own opinion, I'd personally prefer 8k LP.
4k would make for ridiculously short Duels (Unless that was the whole point.) and as stated before, all it takes is the right cards and some luck to unleash an OTK or unleash a combo that would end the duel in like what, 3 - 5 turns?
