I'm not sure whether to add them in or not (it would greatly expand the scope of the RP) but definitely no cyborg werewolves. I might come up with a reason that the vampires exterminated them wholesale or otherwise rendered them into a situation equivalent to that of Native Americans on a reservation -- stuck in a remote place and not allowed to make trouble anymore.

This RP is very much about humanity ascendant and casting off its chains and ancient overlords.
