NARRATIVE

It is the fall season, although it is not that much noticeable in most parts of the city except where there are trees. Although some people might catch a chill from the wind. But in the outskirts there are leaves falling from trees in forest areas. The city square, which features a large TV screen that typically only shows breaking and typical news reports and advertisements are doing just that. Nothing out of the ordinary is being broadcasted. Almost fitting for the start of the story a tourism ad plays, or propaganda depending on how you want to look at it.

"Welcome to Trip City! The leading edge of first world order! With the low rates of violence and crime in the recent years humanity has been able to dedicate more time to education and science. Technology advances are projected to increase in the next 10 years. In fact, plans on colonizing on distant planets are no longer dreams, but rather long term goals..."

The ad is quite boring so it fades away into the background of noise. Of course, you might have not have even seen the ad if you weren't in the city square, or watching that particular channel to begin with. Everything that ends must come to a start first. So let's get onto life-- life in Trip City. Where do you start? Who are you? Your story begins now.
