Super strange I'm taking as like controlling candy or elements. Like Nothing too huge. Telepathy is fine, advanced reflexes is fine. So is teleportation. But I don't want HUGE powers.

You cannot travel back through the years you are growing up and you can never travel back to the same time and place you have before. But you can cross paths with your past self if you got back to a time like an hour before when your past self got there. If you meet, then nothing bad will happen, but I really don't want that to happen.
