hah this guy is to easy to read. ethereal jumped into the air, planing to doge the incoming leg sweep when a blast hit him square in his chest. this was unexpected. he flew for a couple of feet and almost hit the floor. not wanting to lose, he focused on his body and lifted him self back upright. "much better" he tells TK. perhaps he could train him through this fight. "prepare..." he created a spear of psi energy and aimed it for TK, making sure to dull the point. he did not want to impale TK, just push him.

TK saw Ethereal form the spear and he clenched his hands. This whole exercise was about training. Well TK always figured go big or go home. Many times before, TK had been able to summon telekinetic energy around his body to stop projectiles. Small things mostly, like rocks. But the trick here was to see if he could stop something made by a psion. He figured that if the spear could hit him, it could hit his telekinetic shield as well. So he concentrated hard, putting up an invisible wall of sorts in front of him, hoping that the spear would be stopped.
