Well on that note, to those with itchy fingers, I'll allow the RP to start. However, I wont be able to post until tomorrow afternoon. 

The RP is still open, as its perfectly feasible that factions/communities would be popping up all the time, as humanity starts to rebuild. So anyone wanting to join can do so. 

As for writing styles, having glanced at other nation RPs, it seems this site is very much all for the character perspective kind of narrative. I'm more used to the formal, newspaper kinda format. So what I'll do, is simply say: "Write your posts however you like"
