Griffin needed someone to help him save his son. He no longer trusted the people they had been staying with. They had betrayed his son to save themselves. He supposed that it wasn't fair to blame them for protecting their young over his. But he wasn't interested in being fair. He wanted his son safe in his arms once again. With no one that he could trust he decided to go to the slave market to buy the help he needed. It wasn't the best solution but he couldn't think of anything else.

Zack loved his job. He was in change of helping revitalize the rough did of town. The area was mostly rundown and abandoned houses. Bring south side back to life had been is dream for years. And now he was doing just that. He walked down the street. He smiled when he saw his brother and his crew working on one of the building. This revitalization would do them both alot of good. He continued down the road to the house that was next on his list to inspect.

Roxy wrapped the blanket tightly around her son with any luck Drake wouldn't wake up until they were far from the house. She grabbed the bag she packed. It held most of Drake's things. As long as she had her knives and her leather jacket she was good. She moved to the window. It had taken her a month loosened the glass enough to escape. She hoped the glass wouldn't break when she tried to move it one handed. She took a deep breath and yanked the glass out of the frame. It was hard to hold one handed but she was able to set it down without a sound. Than she silently made her way out the window.

He glared at the witch that cursed him. All because of one thoughtless comment. He knew she could and would vanished before he reached her but that didn't stop him from trying to grab the hag. Liz hated working the casino. But when her father said work, she worked whether she liked it or not. Her father was an over controlling business man. He owned one of the casinos on the strip which made him a big wig in thais city. She hated it. All she wanted to dowas leave Los Vegas. She hated the greed, lies, and sex. She hated the lights and the noise. Most,y she hated there father because he controlled everything about her life.

Katherin sat beside the hospital bed where her lover had lay in a comma for the last month. No one could tell her what had put him in the comma. Trauma of some kind was their best guess. Which told her nothing. How had he been hurt? Because she wasn't family and they weren't married they wouldn't tell her anything. Being blind she couldn't see his injuries for herself. She could only sit beside him holding his hand and praying he would wake and return to her some day. She leaned forward and kissed him on the lips.

Zack walked through the streets he had gotten use to walking the streets in his dog form. He had been trapped in his animal form for almost two years. He didn't know what had caused him to get stuck. But the fact was that no matter what he did he couldn't seem to change back. He couldn't go home. So he roamed the streets. He was hoping eventually that he would find a way back to his human form.

Zack had been living in the woods for years. He barley remembered living anywhere else. He had made a home for himself in a cave. There was a creek not far away. He eat mostly berries and mushrooms. Sometimes he was lucky enough to catch a fish. Life was lonely but he was growing use to it. Not many people traveled through this part of the woods.

Liz worked in her garden. It was the only pleasure she had. Once upon a time she had worked in a clinic helping people but she couldn't do that anymore. Her father had pissed off one of the local witches and now her hands didn't heal they killed. Not wanting to hurt anyone she had moved away from the city. Now she lived alone and avoided people. It made her heart ache but it was better than being responsible for someone's death.

He had been in Neverland a long time. He didn't know how long really. Years he was sure. He liked it here. It was better then on Earth. Earth had nothing to offer him. All he had know there was loneness and fear. Here he had friends. No one here ever tried to hurt him. His fairy, Farkle, had been trying to get him to go back to Earth and see how it had changed. He knew fairies were suppose to do that after awhile. But he wasn't sure that it would be worth the trip.

Zack was nervous about being left with a sitter. He was still new to the lifestyle. He didn't want to screw up. His master was very particular. He wanted to make him proud. When his master was happy he was kind and generous. But when his master was unhappy he was cruel and mean. If this evening well he would be rewarded. He wanted to be rewarded. He didn't like disappointing his master. It hurt too much when the master was disappointed in him.

He stared at the wall in his father's office in shock. He had only ever seen something like it in movies. The wall was covered with pictures of a girl his age or a few years younger. There was also a copy of her work and school scheduled. This could only mean one thing. His father was obsessed. He had to warn her before it was too late. He grabbed the copy if her schedule and headed out the door he hoped he wasn't already too late.

If people had told her that she would became a teacher one day she would have laughed and asked what drugs they were on. As a teenager she had been a rebel. Her only goal had been to survive and graduate. She knew to get the freedom she wanted she needed an education. She had done well enough to just barely pass her classes. She could have done better but she hadn't seen the point. Now it was her job to show kids the point of doing their best.

Liz covered her mouth with her hand to keep herself from crying out. She huddled in the closet of her father's office. She had come in her looking for her father's keys. She was determined to leave today. It was her eighteenth birthday. She was officially old enough to leave home. The law couldn't make her come back. She held the keys in her hand. The key notches dug into her hand giving her something to focus on. Through the slits in the door she watched as her father conducted business with a man she knew was wanted by the police.

Zack walked along the lake. He was deep in thought. He needed inspiration for his next project. But nothing seemed to be working. He was a painting short for his gala opening. He wanted to the last piece to be special. It had to be something big. Something that no one had ever seen before. He looked out at the lake. That's when he spotted something unusual. He frown and looked closed. Was that a shooting star? He didnt think so. It was too big and the wrong color. What else could it be?

He had finally bought the house of his dreams. He was looking forward to renovating it. But first he had to empty it out. Who ever had lived here last had abandoned a lot of stuff. He was going through it slowly. He was setting personal stuff aside to store just in case someone came looking for it. Everything else he was dividing into either donate or garbage piles. He picked up a unique carved box. He opened it just like he had every other box. The second the lid opened he was blinded by light.

Griffin was helping his son into the car when a shiver went up his spine. He casually looked around. Someone was watching them. He frowned. Could his father finally found him? He had enjoyed five years of freedom. He had been careful not to attract attention to himself. But he had someone's attention now. "Come on Sam. We have to go." he helped the boy fasten his seatbelt before climbing into the truck himself. He didn't know who was watching them but he was going to fond out.
