You focused a great deal on their technology and species and the like, and yet you only have one full paragraph for their history, one full for their culture, and kind of a fragmented paragraph for their technological overview? I think you need to be a bit more specific about their past and what they're like. I don't know Duck's decision, but I think they'll agree with me: it needs much more. Reference everyone else's Nation sheet. More than just a paragraph, no?
