Lily's reaction when the smoke dissipates and she gets a good look at the scene before her is immediate, almost automatic. It's like watching a sleepwalker suddenly awaken. She stands, walking over to each of the hijackers in turn to make sure that they're dead. After ascertaining that they were, in fact, deceased in the traditional sense she picks the leader and tears off the mask covering his face, opening up his eyes, peering down his throat, and generally checking over his body for wounds or any sort of identification. While studying the corpse in front of her she says to the air "Someone make sure the cops know what's happened, they don't get many chances to show off so they might still be really eager to storm this bus."
