Currently available titles are Duke-Count-Burgrave-Lord-Knight-Edler. Duke is off limits and Count is the title given to the head of the family. You can see if your family has the title of count by reading my family history*. As for other members of the family, they can be any of the other four titles as I've given the example of who can rule what in few posts above, so if you own a castle the family member that controls it can be Burgrave or a Lord, etc. You can also make some of your family members clerics.

*hint: the families listed with count title are in the last few paragraphs. There's a total of four families with the title.
