@t2wave, "Ignoring" the GM entails like, if I tell someone to stop posting somewhere, or refusing to listen to the rules. Otherwise, there are going to be scenarios you will want to ignore. Of course, I can't have everyone forcing themselves on every NPC, so more often than not, there will be a NPC that leads to nowhere, or are just apart of the background. Of course, I won't say which ones lead to anything, including this fellow here, it's up to players to decide if they want to interact or not. Don't worry about it. :)  ---Also, I edited that part of the rules to make it more clear.
