Hol's aim is just kind of not a thing, because his gun effectively makes marksmanship unnecessary when he can control bullets to go where he wants them to go pretty much. His first showing is firing his gun with the barrel pointing to the front and the bullet hits glass right behind him with no lag time.

He's kind of a bumbling ass who's played for laughs in his second showing, though, quite. And yes, his bullets will kill anything humanlike if they hit (unless your name is Avdol). Same with the ork's shoota or all his other weapons or any other kind of firearm. But if they don't, he's effectively fucked against pretty much anything in this roleplay, which is why I offered two solutions. Admittedly, one of them edited in after I posted.
