Looking forward to seeing more of it. @gowia I love the details, it's actually very pleasant to read despite the boring economic part that I am ironically studying :D @LordZell The dates are a bit off, specifically Adolf II's life time. He died before the civil war that you described in his back story started. Perhaps just switch his place with Leon's? @Twisted Sun Middle is in a valley that is horizontally stretching between hilly areas in the absolute north and absolute south of the county. Hope that's helpful. I could tell you roughly on where to look at on the google maps. I would say the city of Amstetten is roughly where fictional castle of Greinburg is.

It's not a huge issue, simply copy/paste Adolf II after Leon and switch their years. Perhaps change some other inconsistencies if there are any. Btw the map of the duchy:

Okay, here's the progress on the map of the duchy. I suppose I should've updated before you guys started writing the family history so here goes.
You will notice it is getting a bit crowded :D anyway, I have few more abbeys to put in and the mines so I'd say it's about 90% done.

I think the 4 counties have been given out so I think you'll need to be a lord under one of the counts or a direct vassel of the Duke.

I will assign the holdings, yes. As for titles, the four counts have been determined. The other royal houses that do not have counts can have Burgraves, Lords, Knights or Edlers. All of these I've explained in one of the last two or three pages. Once the Roleplay starts and all the players are determined I will give you some fiefs and you can assign your family members freely as to who owns what estate. I may not have explained this too well as I'm about to go to bed. If there are still things that are a bit confusing I will be happy to explain them best way I can tomorrow. Just a reminder for everyone that the number of live family members at one point of the game should not exceed 15 in total, both male and female.

Thank you. Basically, the county of Greinbourg is the granary of the duchy :P We have big plains for cereals, some hills for wine... and also a whole river! Great, really great; it fits with the plan I had in mind. However, I'd like to add a mountain in a specific place. To be precise, It would be fantastic to have the castle of Greinbourg on a small and steep mountain. May I or is it forbidden?
