I will assign the holdings, yes. As for titles, the four counts have been determined. The other royal houses that do not have counts can have Burgraves, Lords, Knights or Edlers. All of these I've explained in one of the last two or three pages. 
Once the Roleplay starts and all the players are determined I will give you some fiefs and you can assign your family members freely as to who owns what estate. I may not have explained this too well as I'm about to go to bed. If there are still things that are a bit confusing I will be happy to explain them best way I can tomorrow.

Just a reminder for everyone that the number of live family members at one point of the game should not exceed 15 in total, both male and female.
