First the corrupt cops wouldn't knw about the new gang. Second we still have to replace the 20+ recruits that were killed. No police department is just going to carry on after a loss like that.

Even if we lost the cops it could make the RP even better, now theres no one to stop the copkilling gang. besides a group of former corrupt cops.
