Red Truth is true but can be worded in ways that obscure the truth.

Blue Truth could be true, but is only a possibility and is not necessarily the truth.

Red Truth is, say... "[color=ed1c24]There are three dead bodies in this room.[/color]"

Blue Truth is "[color=0054a6]They were all killed by the same person.[/color]"

Red is true, but doesn't tell the whole story in this case. Blue is possibly true, but is only a possibility.
