I can do that.

I added a bit about being headed by an Admiralty to this line:

Feel free to say your character belonged/belongs to the Admiralty if that was your plan, or that his family held seats in it at some points. 

And I added this about them controlling other worlds on and off:

I wasn't really sure where to fit that Plentiful Dawn was fortified from the start, but we can assume it was, and if you want to mention in your sheet that it was at least partly fortified (since it was a frontier world), go ahead.
