I have decided how Mitch's ghosty-goo-ness is going to affect him. I figure that it's all based on emotions and intent, but since this is the opposite fear world that is the Maire, it works kind of in the opposite of what would be good. 

I figure that things will only come in physical contact with him if they have intent to harm or an other kind of negative thing. For example, a punch, a weapon, even a rock thrown with intent to harm someone. So, you can't shake his hand, but you can punch him. I figure this would develop gradually throughout the story. Sounds fair, right? I can't decide if this would just be when he's in a natural form and not when he's using his flame's power. I figure it would be, but that the flame power would wear off after a little while. Opinions, anyone?

EDIT Sorry if my post seems a little hasty. Mitch isn't the panicking type most of the time, but I would think a bit of panic would arise in this situation. XD
