Lucifer smiled and reached for her hand. "Alright, then!" It took a bit of effort to keep his tail from swishing around contentedly. It was just such a natural thing to do in a comfortable situation, but he couldn't let it go unhidden in public. The café was one thing, everyone thought it was just part of the uniform there; the streets, however, he knew weren't as safe with all the unsuspecting humans about. Who knew how many people would freak out at the thought of a half-cat running around. ...Honestly, he had no idea. He supposed that being one made it too normal for him to fully grasp the concept. As he walked with Liz, he thought it was nice how she was able to greet everyone in such a friendly manner. "You must know a lot of people, right? I guess that probably happens when you work in something important like medicine, though. Everyone needs to visit the doctor sometimes, right?"
