I am going to be making the first IC post tonight. 

I will make a section with the names of those clear for IC posting, as nobody as given me a completed CS yet, which is fine. There is a lot of work going into these and that makes me happy.

If you're not cleared for IC posting this doesn't mean you won't be accepted, it just means that you showed up late.
