I like the sheet, Kyle. Just one minor tweak; the siege of Fort Imperius will only be about a week before the events of the IC, so you might want to have it have been a different Red Legion attack if Honoria has been this way for more than a week. The siege of Imperius was the first Legion battle in the southern kingdoms, but there were several large battles in the Wilderness, specifically the battles of Brighton and Pyreton (brighton was in the interest check, and Pyreton was a sizeable mountainside town that Wesserius burned to the ground.) 

So long as you fix that one wrinkle in the backstory, she's accepted.
