Ryan sped into the room and grabbed some food. He quickly ran in and sat down next to Phoebe. He quickly sat down next Phoebe. "Hey." He said looking tired, which was odd for him. "Sorry. Had to do my run. Dad said I need to  train more. So I am." He said nodding to Flood. "Hey Flood."

Jack wandered into the gym and stood by himself. He never liked all of this but he had to train more. Strength was not a problem because of his genes but it was his speed. So he hopped on one of the tredmills and just started running.
