It's possible. I imagine there's likely something approaching a student/teacher exchange program between them, although there would also probably be some form of rivalry, especially if they have different educational priorities. The Lyceum's style is an analogue for Empirical Western Science, and seeing as how Raeligo has something of an Eastern vibe to it, perhaps there might be a schism in their underlying governing philosophies?

Though I do question how the Aestrom can be the Equal of the Lyceum when there's a two point difference in their respective Technology scores. :P
