To me, he sounds like Richard Armitage's Thorin. Due to the language I use for both Roze and Leo, I imagine them to have American accents most of the time - but then I force myself to give them the traditional English accent, as it's far more likely in that universe. Niko has the same accent as Leo (Although a Nord, he grew up in Cyrodiil.)
In fact, for most, I just apply the accents granted in the game to the characters.
