"Look for cracked points. Those should be the weaker areas." Larek added, still in front of them. He opened another door, leading to a stairwell down. "Watch your step. This can get a bit tricky."

"I can do that. Alright" Orna got up and gave Tran a hug before turning to the cleric. "Vespion, please get him back in one piece. I'm heading to Marx and Jammy's place, so if you need me, I'll be with them."

"Alright. I have some arrangements to make, but we will travel there by a portal and return the same way" Vespion explained.

"How does that work?" Orna asked.

"A spell cast by some of the resident mages. It isn't as efficient as teleporting, but-" Orna put the gate stone in his hands. "Just use this, alright?"

He took a look at the carved stone, seeing the glowing lettering. "Amazing. Aerta made this, right? It's not easy to make these things. Alright, I'll do it, thank you." Orna turned and left.

Vespion focused on Tran. "So, you might want to get ready to fight. Are you dressed well for combat? If not, you might want to change out of anything bulky or loose. Since you aren't using armor, you will need to be quick on your feet."
