WIP is fine. I totally understand if you want to play as a communist state in the RP just take into consideration that the modern form of communism in practice is pretty different from Lenin or chairman Maos idea of it. Also consider changing the name from USSR to something invented. When I see USSR at the top of your page I think USSR-simply because that culture had such an incredible impact on the world. Not to mention your rulers name is almost exactly the same as Russia's current president.
