Personality: Oddly cheery, and perhaps a bit eccentric, Val has been known to show up in the strangest places at very odd times. He almost always seems to perform with a smile, taking great pride in his work or at least appearing to tolerate it very well. He can be a bit odd at times, and has been known to sass others occasionally, but he's still a very hard worker.

Having been a part of this hospital for a while, Val has seen a lot of strange cases. Even as a specialist in the magic ward, exactly what he does is a bit tricky to pin down, as he seems to be a bit of a phantom at times. He does seem to have quite a bit of authority, however… 

Recently, he's been assigned the job of supervising the support group.
