Sylvester moves the arm away and takes out another capsule. He puts some ingredients in it, closes it, shakes it about, lights the fuse and drops it on the cyclops. Like a badass, he starts walking away.

The cyclops promptly explodes, all of its remains being incinerated the moment the capsule erupts in a loud kaboom. If there were any sunglasses handy, he'd have taken one and put it on, but sadly, there were none. So he settled for walking away from the explosion, before running away when it actually did explode.
