[@Vortex] There is two inherent benefits of trade. It makes the buyer better off, and it makes the seller better off. It is really that simple. Do you buy bread if you think bread will make you worse off? Do you sell bread if it makes you worse off? This rule even applies to sweatshops. Do you go into them because you have better opportunities? Does closing them and their purposes create new opportunities?
Oh well now im disappointed! I was expecting a long list with a million or so points! Aye, sure it is good for the seller and makes little difference to the buyer but what about the people whose wages are being cut or outright being sacked in order to outsource the jobs to cut costs? And with the cutting of wages and outsourcing of jobs the Corporations will only get richer and the poor will only get poorer and the middle class becomes a nervous wreck between the two opposites. Closing sweatshops would not create new jobs that is obvious but there should be regulations in place to ensure the protection of workers and their rights so they are no longer sweatshops.
