I would like to point out calling a Shinki by their weapon name combined with the word 'come' can actually turn the Shinki into their weapon form but when a shinki is in their human form a god calls them by their name. And to revert a shinki back to human a god would have to say the word 'revert' with their shinki's human name (without family ending).

Examples:

"Come Sekki!"

"Revert Yuki!"

Yes I did just take that from the show. When a Shinki is in weapon form gods tend to call them by their human name (plus family ending) or their weapon name.
