The word "zodiac" comes from the Greek [b]zōidiakos[/b], which roughly translates to "circle of little animals" in English. It refers to a belt of constellations from which humanity has derived its Ecliptic system, ie. latitude and longitude, and that which many ancient astronomers were terribly concerned about. Today, these constellations have become apart of modern fortune-telling and humanity still seems terribly concerned about them.
That's all a bit irrelevant, I suppose.
All zodiacs are very good navigators, seeming to understand maps intuitively. Because his constellation hails from the southern hemisphere, he's more vitalized when facing the south than facing the north--he'll think and act clearer like this.
Scorpio is represented by the scorpion, so anything that a scorpion would be able to do, he's able to do. Nice little tail he has, at the base of his spine--its sting is deadly. And, being the sign associated with the groin, he's also in possession of some pretty strong [i]aphrodisiac-esque[/i] pheromones.
