Charlotte opened her mouth, closed it and finally found what she wanted to say, "I've only seen a few moving pictures, actually.  I don't know how they make that happen.  Special paint, maybe?  So you draw, huh?"  

Just then, she heard some kind of ruckus from down the train.  Mostly voices, but some banging and doors opening too.  

"What's that, do you think?"  She got up and peeked around the door.  "Lots of people switching compartments.  Wanna see what it's about?" It seemed important that she bring her new friend along, she didn't want to wander into a crowd alone.
