Hmm...if we're staying mostly web-based what you could do is have one made in [url=http://donjon.bin.sh/fantasy/world/]donjon's[/url], save that image, and then touch it up in something like sumopaint or GIMP. 

Granted, donjon's is randomly generated, but you can set a fair amount of parameters for it to work around.
