There is a girl who has a pet frog that can speak. She has had that frog since she was a little girl and is good friends with him. Sadly, her parents decided to send her off to a boarding school of sorts and pets are not allowed. She is forced to leave her dear friend behind. This leaves the poor frog heartbroken along with the girl. She promises to come visit during the holidays and kisses him goodbye on the head before leaving. In the short minutes after the girl has left, the frog transforms into a handsome young man. Now in a new body, he decides to follow his friend and attend her school, but is afraid to tell her who he really is.
(This is a sort of Princes and the Toad story I guess.)

It has been little over a hundred years since the so-called ‘extinction’ of dragons. Actually, instead of dying off, they learned to take the shape of human and hide among them. There has been one slight problem though. Lately females have been giving birth to children that look human. They do not change into their dragon forms until they reach a certain age in human life.
