Alien race known as ‘Seraphians’ contacted by two (2) additional alien races. Context appears political. Both races want dominance over local politics in order to gain allies on a larger, so far unknown scene. Tsoni institute researchers recommend no Kimo involvement in the matter unless war is brought to the Seraphians from either alien race.
Stealth Reconnaissance will continue and Seraphian as well as alien signals will be monitored.

There have been several unconfirmed reports that Federation army units are being readied for deployment on Maro, likely in the light of the recent hijacking of several government media channels and the message contained therein from the Movement for Independent Maro (MIM). Local officials however have urged the Federation to remain on the side lines and allow the Maro government council to continue its operations to apprehend the members of MIM before the movement turns violent. Federation officials have so far maintained that no army boots will tread on Maro’s surface unless the council cannot guarantee the safety of federal citizens from violent terrorists. 

Summary: The Federation is secretly monitoring the Seraphians and those they are in contact with but have decided to remain uninvolved in local politics.
Meanwhile, civil unrest is brewing once more on the strategic world of Maro where local Independence Movements are stirring up trouble.
