@Everybody[@Marshall][@Enalais][@TheSovereignGrave] I do agree that a 'We don't know' would be fun to work with as a propaganda source. I could say the Fourth Reich nuked Germany, oppressive Chinese might have nuked Tibet, jealous and power-hungry Mexico surprise nukes the US, tons of possibilities.

Also, since you said 'whatever is comfortable' I would like to stick to my format and jump around characters. I also cannot wait to see if this can turn into a short-story, although I think it might better classified as a novella as assuming this goes for a month and 8 people post 8 paragraphs a week, 236 paragraphs is a bit long for a short story.
