I updated the rules. If you want to retract your characters let me know.

"Any character not made in the character sheet section has the possibility of being controlled by the GM. This will allow things to happen to family members, students, teachers, bosses, and so forth. The GM will state if their role is currently in used by a GM and when no longer in use, you can roleplay with them as normal."
