I really hate to be a canon Nazi, but there are no teleport crystals in ALO. The only ways of travel are on foot or by wings. It's the reason why death was such a big deal to Kirito when he and Leafa were traveling to the World Tree. If he died, then he would have to spend several more days traveling/flying back to where he was, and he didn't have that kind of time to lose because of a spoilerish reason.
