I am rough drafting something at the moment, though i'm not quite sure what it is yet. I'm trying real hard to stabilize my intentions for this character. It's The Imagination on my new account by the way, auto log on for months tends to make you forget passwords .-.

So, some inquiries and statements to make.

#1 - My character god was born from the collective energy of the first hallucination any mortal experienced during the dawn of man. 

#2 - This is where I have to start asking for permission for every little thing about this atrocity of madness.

#3 - Please don't get aggravated :-[

- He possibly hallucinates sporadically and sees, or claims to see, a variety of things other gods cannot.

- One thing he possibly hallucinates is a river he calls Asorphii that runs through  Hevas into Lymaeus' atmosphere, it's waters containing dreams and nightmares, hallucinations and visions that trickle down into the minds of mortals. He apparently is the only one who sees this river, having tried to point it out to others in vain, as all they see is air.

- I want to get so in depth with him that i'll have even myself questioning if half the things this god claims to see is even real or not. I want to fool myself and others with my own character, basically. 

- He needs some spiritual canine like being as a companion in order for him to be complete. Just for show and tell, the man needs a mythological dog is what i'm asking...basically. 

- You know, I might as well just save time and say this. I'm trying to make an unpredictable character that has every other character befuddled, curious and incredibly inclined to question what is reality and what is...not reality...when it comes to involving him.

I understand if you don't want this in your roleplay. I was trying not to come up with anything like "insert generic Sheogorath copy cat here", and on the other hand any other character I seemed interested in playing in this would be too bland and unoriginal. 

I will opt for playing as a jolly drunken god who likes to start fights if this particularly dangerous and risky idea doesn't appeal to you. All you have to do is press the big red button and I will ride this nuclear missile into the sunset of this roleplay.
