What can I say, you gotta do what you gotta do, especially when you are hungry.
True that~ *om nom on your energy if you choose to stay in the shade or near it (to an extent)* I intend to chase you out, these human swine are mine to dine upon, kinsman! EDITED at the end of the post to express that Keepa isn't a fighter in these conditions. He intends to win through 'attrition'.
Keepa stepped out of a patch of sun in order to leak his essence into the shadows, increasing his proximity for as long as both you or him remain in the same patch of shade. There is the space between buildings where the shadows part for the alleyway. Keepa's mass burns in sunlight and couldn't chase you across those gaps, but for the time that you spend in the shade where you are, a darkness licks at Abraxas' legs, stealing his vigor with the passing moment. Keepa can easily be beaten back, being light and physically unimposing in his human form, although your own shadow towering over him serves the same purpose as the buildings. I figure it would give you a chance to wreak a bit of havoc but ultimately be given the ability to come back at a later time in a different place against a different enemy. I'm sorry for using you in this way as to introduce my character. :x Rampage scenarios can't last forever, although there is still quite the fight to be had if you want it.
