Michael spent an hour watching people go by, the cold clung to his skin but the warmth of the sun helped him keep warm. He watched the ducks, inspected the people around him and admiring how everyone seemed so happy, it was what he usually did at work when serving customers, nothing was nicer than seeing their smiles but it always reminded him that he hadn't really been happy in such a long time. He watched the steam from his breath appear then disappear with every breath he took, he felt like he was being observed from afar, not entirely sure why. He stood up and looked around before he started to walk, that was when he saw a rather perculiar man dressed in completely brown. He was grinning but it was like the smiles of the people that Michael had seen before, it was sinister and devilish. He is probably some drunk, not sure where to go now he has stopped drinking.. Trying to walk as fast as possible he walked the opposite direction, his footsteps making a crunching sound as the destroyed the snow below them. Bit early to be drinking... then again i can't speak, i was up till early hours in the morning drinking too he now and then looked over his shoulder to see if he was following him, to his surprise the mysterious figure was on his trail, sticking close by. After half an hour of speed walking Michael turned to address the creep, "Excuse me can i help you?!" he had finally lost his patience and exploded with anger. "You've been following me for a while now in front of everyone... do i know you?!" Michael's fists clenched, gripping the handles of the shopping bags.
