If you ask me, we should turn the Fay into an NPC nation but let anyone have characters in it. As for Countess Lasis, if anyone feels up to taking over Penelope (I'm not good at switching my writing from "Crying, dryness, and overdramatized everything" to "Fairy named Penelope"). And yes, that's an entire mood now. I don't care that it's actually pretty common, because "Fairy named Penelope" just sums it up fucking perfectly. If nobody does, I will inevitably try to find some other alien to put on her ship.

Perhaps someone from a certain dystopia. Maybe one of those bipedal dudes with the hairy heads. You know, the ones that look like her, but with dyed hair.
