If I do get Batman I was going to try and steer away from using his A-list villains at first, with one arguable exception, just in case someone wanted to use one of them as a character and Vandy decided to relax his rules, so the potential player wouldn't be constricted by my 'canon'.  

That, and I thought it might be nice to use some lesser known villains.
