While there is a three-character limit in place, that rule is there to prevent people from spamming multiple characters, make a few posts, and then disappear.  Furthermore, the rules only mention being given a second and third character.  So, New Yorker, just pm me about any deals that you feel need to be hashed out.  Right now, I will say that four characters will be the hard limit (although the rules hint at three).  The fourth character I will hand out from a case by case basis, with me taking into account multiple variables (like reliability and such).  Right now, I feel comfortable giving you a fourth character, as long as you think you can manage four.

Also, for everyone else, this does [i][b]NOT[/b][/i] mean that I will refuse you all from making a fourth character.  If you stay with us and post consistently, then there is a good chance I might give you that extra character.
